"David goes out of his way to help explain everything you need to know if you are becoming a landlord for the first time.

We had decided to convert one of our properties into a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and having never done this before we were a bit apprehensive about all the work involved and expense especially as we are some 150 miles from the property.

David explained everything we needed to do and in the order which it should be done and even helped us arrange the necessary contractors to do the jobs.

The most important part was getting our property to the necessary standard for the [Aberdeen] council to grant us permission to let. We need not have worried as the council were IMPRESSED at the standard to which we had brought the property - but this was thanks to David.
